Making a Splash!

Today is group design team day at Ginger Snap Scraps.  The theme is anything goes!  I of course took this opportunity to create another layout!  Here is my oldest (now 9, then 4) at his second swim class!
Supplies:
Jillibean Soup  - paper, journal square
Sports Mania Cartridge - title
OTC - mini blue brads
1 3/4" circle punch
