Christmas in July day 4!

So I'm only going to get 6 of the 7 days in of the Catch the Bug week long Christmas in July event but I'm ok with that!  Today I'm playing BINGO!
I decided to go with the bottom row - Ribbon, Bugaboo Image and Sentiment.

I'm still practicing with my Copics.  I love coloring and trying new techniques.  I'm really having a lot of fun with them!  It's hard to see the sentiment but I used an old letter punch that I've had FOREVER to punch the letters and sparkled them up with some stickles.  Really enjoying these Christmas cards!

Supplies Used:
Copic Markers
Echo Park paper
Stickles

I have not practiced heat embossing in a LONG time so it is apparent I have some work to do!  But I am still happy with how it turned out!  and I'm feeling very accomplished even having only completed 2 cards.....that's 2 cards in about 9 months so it is a good feeling!  I'm back!

I participated in the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog Christmas in July event last year and had so much fun so here I am again! It is a week long event and I decided to start off with a Santa card! I really think this is one of my favorite Bugaboo images!  I just love this paper stack too.  I love how colorful the card turned out!  I decided to sparkle up the Santa hat with some stickles and make his beard glossy!  I am also very happy to have started my Christmas cards!

Supplies used:
Bugaboo image - Tropical Santa - Buried
Recollections Winter Wimsy paper and JOY stickers
Copic Markers
Studio G ink
Glossy Accents
Stickles

Die Cuttin Divas Challenge

Good morning!  We have another challenge at Die Cuttin Divas this week!  We want to see projects using your current or favorite school's colors!  This was tough for me, one because our current school is an elementary school and I don't think they have 'colors' yet!  and second because I never had a favorite school.  I went to private engineering school, not a big university.  SO I chose Michigan State since I have a friend who LOVES and went to state so I made her a birthday card!
I think she turned out so cute!  I decided just to make her shirt green instead of putting a big white S on it!  Don't over think this challenge too much!  We just want you to play along!  So link up HERE!

Supplies:
Accent Essentials cart
BBrat girl balloon sitter - Bugaboo Stamps
Copic Markers
Imaginisce - green flower
Accent Creative Designs - white flower
Recollections - brad
Rubber Stampede - black ink

Die Cuttin Divas Challenge

Welcome back to another Tuesday Die Cuttin Divas Challenge!  This week is a COLOR theme!  We want to see yellow, orange, grey and purple in your projects....and remember, you MUST use a die cut!  Here is what I created!
I originally colored this flower at the Great Lakes Mega Meet back in May.  I took a beginner Copic class and the instructor had these flowers stamped and cut out (so I'm not sure what brand it is) for us to practice on.  I thought it went perfect with this weeks challenge!  Be sure to link up your projects HERE!!

Supplies:
Wild Card cartridge
Copic Markers
Making Memories (brads)
Studio G (sentiment)
Rubber Stampede (ink)

Baby Card

I'm back today with another fun card!  Another Tuesday means another challenge over at Die Cuttin Divas!  This week we want to see flight!  An airplane, glider or helicopter on your projects!  Just be sure to include a die cut and link up HERE!  Here is what I came up with!

I just bought this paper pack this weekend from the craft store!  I LOVE it!  I'm really loving these little stacks instead of the big 12x12 stacks I've been buying.  It's so much easier to coordinate papers and colors!

I'd also like to enter my card in the following challenges:
Bitten by the Bug 2: Fly Away!

Supplies:
K&Company paper stack
My Craft Spot - Inside and Out Set #2
Everyday Paper Dolls and Create a Critter Cartridges
Baker's Twine
Celebrate It! ribbon
OTC buttons
Rubber Stampede black ink
